Dill Pickle Dip


This luscious dip is a great addition to your next party or potluck. Keto converts and junk food lovers alike will enjoy this one!


Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) of whipped cream cheese or 8oz cream cheese, softened:

1 cup sour cream (full fat of course)

1 packet of onion soup mix or 2 TB dehydrated onion flakes + 1 tsp sea salt

130g dill pickles, diced (aprx 15 mini or 3 medium pickles)

2 TB fresh dill, minced


Serve with pork rinds for dipping
